Abstract

The object of study, in this case, will be focused on understanding technology and its relationship with society, which was projected through a CONPES document in 2019 that opens the way to face reality in a country where technology does not reach everyone. the corners and the waiting time to carry out a procedure is too long compared to our neighbors, and for this reason it is valid to ask how to use AI, as a help tool, to reduce the waiting time in the daily procedures of citizens? As a thesis, it is outlined that there is an anti-formalist reading, which makes visible a conflict of interest between the administration and the administered. The above to conclude that with the help of artificial intelligence in turn with algorithms we can accelerate changes to people who wear out in terms of time with automated tools.
